Very informative (and fun)5
This is a fun, informative guide to the signs you won't find elsewhere. Far from being the typical "daily horoscope", Linda Goodman details the various aspects of each sign(and the book is broken into sections which reflect this): general, man, woman, child, boss and employee. The personality traits of each sign are shown and tend to be quite accurate. Enjoyable reading and will help you to understand why you see things the way you do, as well as understanding other people in your life. I would highly recommend it!

An oldie but a goodie!5
I first read this book years ago when I was in high school (won't tell you how long ago that was!). I think everyone goes through phases in their life where they investigate astrology, then usually forget about it after a while. Recently talking to a friend, he mentioned about certain traits of a particular sign and I remembered this book and how dead on it seemed in describing zodiac personalities. I got on Amazon and ordered a copy and was once again astounded at how well it described people I knew. My eleven year old daughter got her first look at it and was also quite intrigued by the accurate descriptions of people she knew. I would definitely recommend this book, (despite it's age!) to anyone who would like to understand someone a little better and to perhaps realize that there just may be something to this astrology stuff after all! This book is timeless and is an asset to ANYONE'S library!

Fun read4
I first read this book when I was a sophmore in high school. I loved it. It was one of my favorites and I shared it with many friends. I've read through it a few times since and though I'm slightly more skeptical and analytical now I still find it to be a fun read. I think you can identify with many of the things stated in this book and its fun to get familiar with other Sun Sign characterisitcs and try to guess different people you meet. Its a fun little game I like to play now. I recommend this book if you are interested in astrology and sun signs, however I think its important to not take it too seriously and just enjoy it. (***This would probably make a great gift for a teenage girl!)

When In Doubt, Keep an Open Mind5
This book was recommended to me by a reader of my reviews, and in part because I have been at the forefront of trying to get the public to realize that 9-11 was not only allowed to happen, but that Dick Cheney, Rudy Gulliani, and Larry Silverstein (and probably the insurance companies) conspired to murder most of those who died on 9/11 via controlled demolitions of three buildings (one of which was never hit by anything) and a missile into the Pentagon that destroyed the computers with evidence of 2.3 trillion missing dollars that Donald Rumsfeld was being grilled on by Congresswoman McKinney on 10 September, the day before.

I used to blow off conspiracy theories and say that when in doubt, go with incompetence over conspiracy, but after the last few years of deep reading and reflection, I've decided that we need a Truth & Reconciliation Commission in America, not only for 9-11 but for high crimes and misdemeanors such as have characterized Dick Cheney's every waking moment.

Our government is broken. Every single one of us has to come out and vote the established two spoils party into the toilet where they belong, and go with Lou Dobbs suggestion that we make November's election Independents Day.

Also, there are at least five CIA's:
1) The White House CIA
2) The Wall Street CIA
3) The somewhat effective in specific instances CIA
4) The 80% ineffective CIA
5) The Safari Club that sodomizes children, kidnaps people, and practices rendition and torture with impunity.

We do know that the Nazis CIA imported--the forebears of Karl Rove and Otto Reich, two of the more evil of Dick Cheney's pals--could have created their own inner circle.

On balance, I am satisfied that there is enough here to demand an independent public investigation with full access to all classified information. That's one step down from indictment, which I believe is more than justified for Cheney, Gulliani, and Silverstein.

that's my 2nd review after having my first one unpublished so far.let's just hope that this one goes through this time.basically i just wanted to re-emphasize my points here to other fellow readers: 1)in this book,mark claims that him and cathy were being chased by the cia all along since they had in their possessions classified info about the illegal activities of the u.s government,so what happened now??why isn't the cia or the "bad guys" after them anymore not to mention how public mark and cathy are??did they just decide to "forgive" them and "let them go" all out of the blue just like that?? 2)talking about cathy's numerous encounters with the elite,why isn't there a single photo of mark and/or cathy in the book with america's elitists??the book successfully provides tons of scans in attempting to prove their story but not a single photo of a u.s bad elitist with them(not necessarily in a shameful situation)?? 3)mark and cathy claim that in their attempt to escape the assassination attempts of the cia they have traveled and lived temporarily in alaska(where they reportedly succeeded in evading them by doing so).now didn't anyone wonder about how come the u.s was able to control the world and become its global superpower but wasn't able to find 3 regular fugitives in one of its very own states??hope that everyone thinks about all these points,any comments are welcomed if i was wrong anywhere.thanks

Emerald Tablets on the cheap
This is truly a great book. If you are interested in activating your light body and evolving yourself in preparation for 2012 then you need to read this. Hall's SECRET TEACHINGS OF ALL AGES, he reports of a "Book of Thoth" written by Hermes Mercurius Trismegistus that has been lost to civilization, and the name "Emerald Tablet" is derived from "The Emerald Tablet." This book, though it would claim that title, has no historical or acheaological claim to be that book. It was fabricated by the author as is obvious to anyone who reads it. It is most certainly not an ancient text, but a contrived work of a modern occultist, and can be found in the archives of many occult websites. Actually, if you want to read it, scan the web for it; don't waste your money. Food for much thought4
The most informative book I have ever read, on the subject(s) of, world-power, extraterrestials, conspiracy etc.
David Icke has to be admired for his exhaustive researches.
He not only states something, he also backs it up. This is what makes this book so very intriguing. You can't just say:' No way.. balogna.." because of the researched facts he has.
One glaring error that I can see is,his inability to see the power of the hand of the creator, in all of this. Even though he quotes the bible often, it is not done in correct perspective, or contextual.
In fact, if anything at all, this book literally drives you into the hands of your Creator, because as David so excellently shows you, there is no way out, no where.. ever !
In this context.. life would make no sense at all.. but it would be a random and meaningless existance we all live in.
As for me.. this excellently written, fascinating book.. has driven me even closer into the hands of my God and Creator !

Dick Cheney and Barack Obama are cousins...read this book5
Ok. Wow. I picked up this book by chance and must say I can never watch the news the same way again. Whether you believe what he has to say or not it's worth the thought....some of the things make sense and ring true, some I've heard from other sources, but whether you look at this as good X-files type conspiracy reading or truth it's worth the read. It isn't always well organized, and could have been made shorter.

Think about this....Mr. Icke talks about how the world is always governed by a few...a family...like when he points out-with family trees, mind you-- the familial relationship betweeen the Bushs and the British royal family.....then years later the things he says always ring true when I watch the news....things like Dick Cheney and Barack Obama being distant cousins...so is it a big secret? The Bushs seem like reptiles to me!

Or how about pointing out the obvious like who benefits and collects the interest on our National Debt? We all complain about it, but who is silently getting rich on our misery?

Just try to not get trapped in fearful or negative places as you read this...because if it's true it's pretty scary. The scary part is that alot of it makes logical sense. Yikes.
