Makes 8 servings: 1 burrito each


Ingredients
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut into 2/3-inch cubes
1 cup chunky medium salsa
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime (about 1 tablespoon)
8 (8 to 9 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups cooked white rice
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
