Review
From the reviews:
"The abdominal anatomy is discussed in detail, and should be studied by those beginning to do this surgery. The aesthetic problems presented by these patients are discussed . This should be studied by plastic surgeons, and will be valuable in the prevention of complications or more significant problems. This is a useful book for presurgical consultation, quick to read, clearly presented information, without frills. I believe that the hopes of ... the authors have, by and large, been fulfilled." (I. Jackson, European Journal of Plastic Surgery, Vol. 28 (6), 2006)

A detailed and well-organized textbook on abdominoplasty
1. Chapters are well categorized and displays the know-how about the standard and the modifications of abdominoplasty.
2. Illustrations are clear, glossy and state-of-the-art. These peri-operative pictures are very helpful even for the novice surgeon.
3. Chapter on the complications of abdominoplasty is well written but in my opinion it lacks the detailed knowledge on the revision and re-operation. Also, I think there should be more knowledge about the simultaneous other operations such as umblical hernia, gynecological surgery and breast reductions, etc.
4. Basic knowledge (anatomy, and etc.) is very good.Meticulous handling of issues in abdominal surgery.
5. An up-to-date textbook containing various authors and also a nice blend of surgical varieties.
Finally, I recommend this book highly as a must-read and must-buy textbook and it deserves appreciation even for the experts or propopents of the aesthetic abdominal surgery. This books deserves its price exactly.
